We work with respect for the traditional method: dry salting, filleting manually, smoke with berch wood smoke, cooking in broth, ...

**Experience**

We almost have a century of experience and Gabriel has built up a know-how and a knowledge of products that are immortalized thanks to all the internal trainings.

**Renewal**

Each season Gabriel proposes new articles. Besides the traditional products we also propose products made according to the current trend: wok, assortment for BBQ, new appetizers, ...

If you can't find on the market what you're looking for, our production manager will be glad to develop a new recipe in collaboration with you.

**Flexibility**

As our machines are modern and as we employ skilled people, we can cope with different quantities (from small to very important) and we can also guarantee fresh products every day.
